The Long Weekend Plan
Refund and cancellation policy
14-day change-of-mind refund on Plus.If Plus isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund the full amount. No reason needed.
Who we are
The Long Weekend Plan is provided by Mark Murphy, a sole trader, under the registered business name The Long Weekend Plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Contact us at australiansuperguidebook@gmail.com.
What you buy
Plus is a digital licence. It unlocks the Plus features of The Long Weekend Plan, for the account and period shown when you buy. Nothing physical is sent, so there is nothing to return and no exchanges. The Free plan stays free and needs no payment.
Change of mind: 14 days
- Ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal, for any reason, using the form below or by emailing australiansuperguidebook@gmail.com.
- We refund the full amount you paid, to the card or account you paid with.
- Your Plus licence ends when the refund is made. Your plan stays in your browser, and you can keep using the Free plan.
- After 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, below, still apply.
Cancelling
- If your Plus purchase renews automatically, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date, using Manage subscription on the support page or by emailing us. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Stripe emails you before each automatic renewal. The 14-day change-of-mind refund also applies to each renewal payment.
- If your purchase does not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel: Plus simply ends on the date shown when you bought it.
- Cancelling does not delete your plan. It stays in your browser and in any plan files you have saved, and you can keep using the Free plan.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, and they apply at any time, not only in the first 14 days.
- If Plus has a major problem, for example it doesn’t do what we said it would and can’t easily be fixed, you can ask for a full refund.
- If the problem is minor, we’ll fix it within a reasonable time. If we can’t, you can ask for a refund.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. We’ll confirm by email when the refund is made.
