The Long Weekend Plan

Terms of service

In shortThe Long Weekend Plan is a set of calculators that give general information, not personal financial advice. Free stays free. Plus is a personal licence for the period shown when you buy it, which renews automatically if it is a subscription (cancel anytime), with a 14-day change-of-mind refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

1. These terms

These terms apply when you use The Long Weekend Plan (the app, its calculators and this website). By using it, signing in or buying Plus you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who we are

The Long Weekend Plan is provided by Mark Murphy, a sole trader, under the registered business name The Long Weekend Plan (“we”, “us”). Contact us at australiansuperguidebook@gmail.com or through the support page.

5. Signing in

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

6. Your plan and your information

7. Fair use

Please do not:

If you do, we may suspend or end your access. If we end a paid licence for this reason, we will tell you why.

8. Ownership

The app, its calculators, design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you permission to use them, not ownership of them. Your plan and what you enter remain yours.

9. Changes and availability

10. Australian Consumer Law and our responsibility

11. Other services and links

The app uses other providers, such as Stripe for payments. Their own terms apply to what you do with them. Links to other websites are for information; we are not responsible for their content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we change Plus or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new date. If a change materially affects a Plus licence you have already paid for, we will tell you by email first, and if you do not accept it you can ask for a refund of the unused part.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Nothing here stops you contacting a consumer protection agency.
