Manage or cancel your subscription

Sign in, then use Manage subscription to cancel, change your card or download invoices. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for and you are not charged again. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you.

We could not find a subscription for the email you are signed in with.If you bought Plus with a different email, sign in with that one, or email us.

What we can help with

• Signing in, the sign-in email not arriving, or using a different email address.
• Buying Plus, receipts and your licence.
• Something in the app not working as expected, or a statement that will not load.
• Adding your bank or broker’s statement format.
• Refunds: see the refund and cancellation policy, or email us.
• Your personal information: see the privacy policy.

To help us help you

• Use the email address you signed in or bought Plus with.
• Say which page you were on (for example PlanLens, SpendLens or Portfolio) and what you expected to happen.
• A screenshot helps. Please do not send statements, account numbers or passwords.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personal financial advice, such as whether you should make a particular contribution, change funds or buy an investment.
